A little about me

I have spent most of my career working front of house in the hospitality industry I have seen many deliveries of fruit and vegetables come in to the kitchens, some good and some not so. I’ve always loved growing my own (mostly salad) veggies at home as the flavour is so much better and a while back someone far wiser than I suggested that I should start producing on a small scale to sell, and that is how Highfield Market Garden was born! 🥒 🌶️ 🥕
